Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time.

Prayer

Heavenly Father,
I feel inadequate describing how great your love is for me and how much I don’t deserve it. Lord, I can have a prideful, selfish heart and be quick to forget the magnitude of what you’ve done for me. Keep me humble and remind me I am entitled to nothing! As I anticipate Easter, may I meditate on the full impact of your Son’s death and resurrection. Thank you for making the greatest sacrifice so I could could be adopted into your great family. I love you, Father God!
