Get a good night’s sleep.
My most emotional, guilt-filled days are ones in which my body is running on empty. Though it’s hard to stop at the end of the day, the day will never arrive when everything is done. There will always be, “just one more thing.”
Instead of staying up late, I remind myself I’m able to handle my tasks and my emotions when I’m recharged and reliant on God’s strength for the new day ahead.
