Get Your Kids to Eat Healthy … and Love It!

eat healthy

With ten kids (and eight at home) it seems I’m always in the kitchen. As a mom I want my kids to eat as healthy as possible, but at the same time I don’t want to spent all day, every day in the kitchen! I’ve discovered that taking time to prep makes all the difference. Here are some things I do to prep.

Get your kids to eat healthy . . . and love it!

Prepare vegetables. I cut carrots, cucumbers, and celery into snack size pieces and package them in easy to grab snack size bags.

Boil eggs. My kids love boiled eggs. I boil a few dozen at a time and keep them in the fridge for a quick and easy snack.

Buy easy to grab snacks like packages of nuts and cheese.

Here are some other great ideas for healthy snacks and lunches!
