Introducing My Launch Team: A Christmas Gift to Me!

Every author dreams of fans who become friends—the kind of friends you can depend on. The kind of friends who are eager to tell their friends about your books. The kind of friends who get excited when one of your books comes out and they rally around you to spread the word.

Throughout the years I’ve made lots of friends. These women (and some men) have connected with me on Facebook, Twitter, and through my blog. Some have written me personal notes through my Connect Page. They have blessed me over the years. They excitedly spread the news about my books. They are great, great people . . . and I’ve decided to make them official!

IDEA: LAUNCH TEAM
(i.e. cheerleaders, advisers, and enthusiastic friends)

I first learned about the idea of a launch team at the Allume Conference from Pilar Arsenec and Rachel Wojnarowski.

The idea has taken some authors to the best sellers list, including Michael Hyatt. (Here is his article on how it works.)

I decided to start off with a Fiction Launch Team. (News about my non-fiction Launch team will be coming next month!)

I sent out the word and received a ton of responses. There was no easy way to pick one hundred out of the many who volunteered. I love all my fans/friends . . . and we came up with a great crew!

Throughout the next few months, my Launch Team will be helping me with contests, blog hops, reviews, Facebook comments, Pinterest posts, Twitter updates, and more. If you see them sharing, give them some love.

Also, take time to CHECK OUT THEIR BLOGS. Let them know you appreciate how they’re helping me by giving back to them!

I love to share on FB. I also have resolved to post reviews on Amazon, Goodreads & of course Novel crossing when I finish a book. Thank you for this post, it’s obviously going to take me some to get through it and look at all these special folks blogs and other pages. Great resource. Blessings and inspiration to all of you. Merry Christmas, Susan Fryman

Thanks, Tricia! I’m honoured to be part of your launch team and have an “official” reason to run around talking about your books everywhere. 🙂 Merry Christmas!
