I really do most of my writing at the kitchen counter–when I’m not out and about and trying to find an excuse for a Starbucks stop 🙂
Here’s what was on my “desk” this morning:
1) RWR (Romance Writer’s Report) that I really need to sit down and read
2) College information to help make the final decision for the next chapter of our oldest son’s life
3) Starbucks free download of Leonard Cohen iTunes song ~ must claim before May 15th
4) Bon Appetit Recipe Organizer ~ to organize the recipes on my Kitchen Novelist blog
5) Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day cookbook ~ I will master the art of bread . . . somehow
6) Opera Lover’s Cookbook ~ I’m thinking a special dessert for dinner since all my guys will be home tonight
7) Starbucks Coffee Mug ~ down to the final dregs of my latte
8) Nonni’s Biscotti ~ I deserve it. I do. I really do. And I am going to enjoy it. Soon.
9) And my computer, of course, with its desktop background of my new release, Dreamspell
