Saturday Scripture
Matthew 7:13-14
Enter by the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the way is easy that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many. For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few.
Prayer
Father God,
Thank you for opening a gate that leads to life. Because you sent your son Jesus to die, we can bask in your glory in eternity. Help me to look for opportunities this week to show others the narrow gate and encourage those to take the hard way. Keep my eyes and my heart from straying to the wider, easier gate.
Amen.
