About Warrior in Pink
When young mother Vivian Mabuni was diagnosed with breast cancer three days before Christmas, she struggled to know how to respond. How do you tell your children you have cancer? How do you allow yourself to be vulnerable and ask for your family’s support? And how do you continue to trust God? Through her battle, cancer patients, family, and friends will find perspective, hope, and an honest look at what it is like to be diagnosed with and treated for cancer—as well as encouragement to know that God is present in our pain.

For the single teenage girl with an unplanned pregnancy, A Bump in Life gathers story after inspiring story of brave young moms who managed to grow in grace and wisdom as an unexpected new life grew inside of them. Overflowing with encouragement, A Bump in Life will help anyone going through or connected with this situation move from feelings of loneliness, shame, and worry to the far more lasting joy that is God’s redemptive blessing of a child.

I like the early 1900s.
I like the WW11 era and all the stories about the nurses. Fasinating how they worked daylight to dark and kept their faith and spirits high. Love those stories. Also love the preview of Warrior in Pink as I have cancer and have some of the same thoughts and reactions to the word Cancer. Mine is just not breast cancer but I would think the feelings and reactions would be the same. Thanks for the opportunity to enter your giveaway and I hope to be among your winners. Thanks and God Bless you!!
