One of the things I love about writing the Pinecraft Pieshop Series is all the wonderful food that finds itself within the pages of these novels. Here is a recipe for Banana Sour Cream Banana bread. Can you say? YUM!

A Dash of Love, a Pinch of Hope, and a Whole Lot of Good Cooking
Lovina Miller should be thrilled. Pinecraft, Florida, has everything a young Amish woman could ask for: sun, sand, volleyball games, and evening singings in the park. But Pinecraft lacks the one thing Lovina desperately wants–a pie shop of her own. She longs for a place to gather with the community and serve the treat she loves.
A young carpenter named Noah Yoder strolls into her life and offers a way to make her dream come true. But before Noah and Lovina can build a shop–and a life–together, they must each face heartaches from the past. Is their new love stronger than their regrets?

I have fully enjoyed the recipe “Banana Sour Cream Bread” while tried at home. Actually I am working on decorative candles but cake recipe is one of my favorite hobby. Thank you, Tricia.
You’re welcome!
Hello Tricia, Thank you for this amazing post on creating Banan Cake recipe. Actually I am not an recipe expert bu want to give a surprise to my kids on his coming birthday making a cake. I work in Holborn Assets but often come here for daily update. I am happy with your blog sharing.
I am totally confused with this recipe. It says for 4 small loaf pans or 1 large? I had enough batter for 2 loaf pans and it took almost 2hrs to cook. Haven’t tried it yet still in the oven. What am I missing?
