Tricia’s Update:
1. Favorite Christmas Memory: Having 36 people at my house on Christmas, including 12 kids under the age of 10. FUN!
2. Favorite Christmas Present: A scrapbook from my sisters, followed by a new Internet Camera. (Can you tell by these photos? Say Cheese!)
3. What I’m doing this week: Finishing the last 10,000 words of my novel, A Shadow of Treason. And attending a basketball tournament for my two older kids on Friday and Saturday (think two-hour drive and HARD bleachers).
4. My biggest woe: A literal pain-in-the-butt. I was jogging down the stairs in new slippers a few days ago and my feet slipped out from under me. My tailbone aches when I sit!
5. Prayer request: See #3 and #4. Combined they = ouch! Help God!
Thanks for your prayers!
Sounds like a wonderful Christmas! Hope the tailbone feels better soon. Nothing worse than being a writer and not being able to sit down without pain! 😉
Thanks Melissa. Prayers are appreciated!!!
Oh,Tricia! Ouch! Does it help to sit on a cushion with one at your back? I recently pulled a muscle in my side while lifting the garage door (automatic garage door openers don’t work during power outages)and can empathize with you.
Tricia, remember, God already sees the finished book. 🙂 Praying hard for you as you head for the finish line–albeit limping all the way.
OH Tricia! Ouch! Is right. You poor thing! I hope your rump feels better soon.
It sounds like you had an awesome Christmas. Ours was a sad affair. We all came down with either the flu or some ugly virus and still trying to fight it as I write this. Arghh…
Dude could you rub the guilt in a bit more. NO i won’t feel guilty. bad girl for running downstairs in slippers. :0)
you are a goob. Nice pictures…. I’ve corrupted my big sis.
I never spilled who bought me the slippers LESLEY-who-gave-herself-away. No guilt trip … okay, maybe just a little. They are comfy though. That memory foam is great … HEY, maybe I can sit on them and they will form to my cheeks and take the pressure off the tail bone …
🙂
Did you read what I just wrote? Oh man, I AM corrupted!
Very cute pics, Tricia. And hey, thanks for the Christmas card:-)
