What was your favorite book as a child?
Name a Nancy Drew novel and I read it! I remember one specific night, curled up on the couch reading about how Nancy looked up at the window and there was a man staring in at her wearing an ape’s mask. I recall startling and glancing at the window myself. No ape-man. But I did move to a different room where the curtains were pulled.
What book did you read that first made you want to be an author?
Tracie Peterson’s novels made me want to be an author. I devoured every one of them and wanted to be a great writer like Tracie. Now I am a writer like Tracie, but I’ve no aspirations to surpass her greatness. She’s just one of those writers I’ll always look up to.
What was the last book you read, just for fun?
12 Days at Bleakly Manor by Michelle Griep and Barbour Publishing. It’s a perfect Christmas novel.
What books are currently on your nightstand?
All sorts of them!!!!
